Francois Pywell qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010. After 8 years in financial management and consultancy, he joined Komen Capital in 2017.
After qualifying as a CA(SA) in 2010 he joined an independent Digital Agency where he formed part of the executive team. He gained exposure to M&A activity when seeing this agency through an acquisition in 2012, lead by Komen Capital.
Francois continued to play a senior finance role within the acquiring entity, whom formed part of a New York Listed International Group. In 2017 he made a move into M&A advisory and joined Komen Capital as a Transaction Services Executive in addition to playing a role within Komen Capital's business consultancy division.
